IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

• Online Orders: Orders placed online are considered “orders” and not “hair on hand.”

• Processing Times: Please allow the full processing time before checking for updates. Our website provides accurate processing times, and we will contact you if your order arrives early.

• Processing Start Time: Processing begins the next business day after the order is placed.

• No Refunds: Once processing has started, refunds are not available.

LOCAL PICKUP PROCESSING TIMES

• Natural & 613 Hair (Bundles, Frontals, Closures): 5-6 business days for local pickup.

• Raw Burmese Bundles: 6-8 business days for processing (no same-day shipping available).

• Raw Burmese Wigs: 10-12 business days for processing (no same-day shipping available).

• Natural & 613 Wigs: 8-10 business days for local pickup.

• Highlighted Items: 10-12 business days for local pickup.

SHIPPING DETAILS

• Shipping Method: All packages are shipped via UPS with a signature required.

• Shipping Time: Processing time is the same as local pickup processing time. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipping. UPS shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

• Processing Time: Processing times are on business days only. We do not ship on weekends.

SAME DAY SHIPPING - FEDEX

• Orders placed before 5 PM ET may qualify for same-day or next-day shipping.

• Same-Day Shipping Carrier: Same-day shipping is handled via FedEx. If for any reason we need to upgrade your order, we may change the carrier from UPS to FedEx. This means your order is being shipped directly from our warehouse for a faster shipping experience.

• NOT ALL TEXTURES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING. Please text us first to confirm if your order qualifies or it will be processed as regular shipping.
